The Form Builder let’s you easily create or update forms with a simple drag and drop of the mouse. Quickly re-order your fields or duplicate existing fields. Choose the layout of your form including label alignment and field size.

Adding new fields to your form couldn't be easier. Simply drag and drop new fields onto your form and set a few properties. Customize the label text, help instructions, required indicator, and list items.

Field types

Use basic field types like single line text, paragraph, radio buttons, checkboxes and dropdowns or choose more advanced fields like e-mail, name, address and date. Each field automatically validates the value entered by the user.

Sort and Copy fields

Rearrange the order of your fields by clicking and dragging the field up or down to it's new desired position. Save time by duplicating existing fields and all properties by clicking 'Copy' from the action bar.

Custom Confirmation and Redirects

Provide users with a custom message when their entry was successfully submitted letting them know you received their entry. Customize the message for each form with your own html, text and links. Redirect users back to your site after the form has been submitted by setting a custom URL redirect.

Confirmation E-mails

Send users a confirmation e-mail with a copy of their entry and any follow up information they might need after they submit a new entry. Provide a custom subject line, reply-to email address and message body. Use the e-mail field type to allow the user to specify their e-mail address.

Respond quickly to customers when a new entry is submitted by sending a member of your team real-time notifications. Create multiple notifications which can be sent to your e-mail inbox, mobile device or third party service.

Send an e-mail to your inbox when a new entry is submitted. You can customize the recipient, and message the person will receive. Create multiple e-mail notifications for different members of your team.

Notify your Phone

Send a text message(SMS) to your mobile phone or device. This allows you to update anyone when new entries are submitted, even when you're away from your desk. Choose the carrier, phone number and message for each notification.

Web Hooks

Integrate your data with third party systems and internal applications using Web Hooks. Receive POST data to a custom webpage or service to insert into your company’s CRM or internal customer database.

Page and filter your entries

Customize the entry view by filtering your results based on different field values and decide the number of results per page. Choose the fields you would like to display as columns in the entry view.

Export your Data

We don't hold your data hostage. Download all of your entries as a spreadsheet or text file to use your data with Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets or import the data into an existing company database.

Forms don’t have to be boring so we make it easy to add a little pretty. Themes allow you to brand your forms with custom fonts, colors and borders. Create a different theme for each form, or reuse a single theme for a consistent user experience.

Theme Builder

The theme builder lets you choose text colors, fonts, background colors and borders for the different areas of your form. The builder displays a preview of the template as you apply the different styles.

Common Branding or Unique Style

Apply your themes to one or more forms and any changes to that theme will automatically be applied to those forms. Use a single template for common branding across all forms or create a unique template for each form.

Allow users to fill out your form by providing a link to your secure hosted page or embed the form directly on your website or blog. There’s no software or database to install on your server. In fact you don’t even need a website.

Custom Url Links

Every account has a custom domain and every form has an easy to remember url. Publish your custom link in e-mails, newsletters or on your website. The link will take your user to your custom form hosted on our servers.

Website Integration

You can also embed a form directly on your website or blog using the IFrame embedded form code. This places the form within one of your pages so your users never have to leave your website. Simply copy and paste the code into your CMS or HTML editor.
